Follow these steps to get your UniVerse BASIC source
code back.
- Read and understand the Service
Agreement
- Collect the programs for
submission
- Attach the collection of
programs to an e-mail
- Receive
the invoice
- Pay the invoice
- Receive the recovered programs
via e-mail
Take the time to review the Service Agreement
that binds you and your organization for each recovery submission. By
submitting programs for recovery, it is understood that you have read the Service
Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you
disagree with any of the terms or conditions of the Service
Agreement, do not submit programs for recovery.
If you have under five programs to submit, you can attach them
individually to an e-mail.
For larger submissions, please put them into a zip, tar or cpio image.
You can compress or gzip the tar or cpio images if you like, however we don't find the
reduction in the image size to be worth the time.
Address the e-mail to info@srs4uv.com.
State in the e-mail, "I have read, understood and agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement".
You will receive an invoice via e-mail for the recovery service based on
the programs submitted.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit
cards, checks or wire transfers. We use PayPal as our credit card payment service provider. You do not need a PayPal
account to pay the invoice using a credit card.
The recovered source code will be attached to an e-mail. If there are under
five programs, they will be attached individually. Larger submissions will be
attached as a zip, tar or cpio file.
